Editor's Note |
|
| |
Kenya’s tourism industry is a key
contributor to the economic growth of the country. Indeed
the number of tourists continues to rise steadily over
the years, and this trend is expected to continue. Bed
occupancy continues to be stretched, and it is gratifying
to note that hotels are investing in expansion programmes
for increase in bed capacity and provision of services.
During the last two years, a number of hotels have been
improved and subsequently upgraded to 4 and 5 star status.
