Kenya Telephone Directories

We have a comprehensive database of companies and persons who have a registered telephone line with Telkom Kenya. A printed version of our Kenya Telephone directory is also produced annually and printed in four different publications; The Nairobi Edition, The Inland Edition, The Coast Edition and The Kenya E-mail/Fax Directory. These directories are provided free of charge to all Telkom Kenya subscribers.

The Nairobi Kenya Telephone Directory - 16th Edition

  • This edition covers the greater Nairobi area, which includes the Nairobi City Center, Parklands, Westlands Karura Ngong etc.
    The Directory entries are collected between May and September and published every year in the month of December. One free entry in respect to the Name, Physical Address, and Telephone Number is made for every business customer, while residential customers are listed with their names, postal address and telephone numbers. Other additional entries are included on payment of the relevant fees.
  • The yellow Pages (Classified listing section) contains Customers exercising an economic activity. It is organized in alphabetical order by classifications (Class Titles) according to the economic or business activity, and alphabetically within the Class Title.

The Inland Kenya Telephone Directory Edition - 16th Edition

  • This edition covers the entire countryside whose main activity is agricultural production. This includes Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Kitale, Nyeri etc. The entries collected between January and April and published every year in the month of July.
    Like the Nairobi edition, One free entry in respect to the Name, Physical Address, and Telephone Number is made for every business customer, while residential customers are listed with their names, postal address and telephone numbers.
    Additional entry or advertisements are included at an additional cost.
  • The yellow Pages contains Customers exercising an economic activity. It is organized in alphabetical order by classifications (Class Titles) according to the economic or business activity, and alphabetically within the Class Title.

The Coast Kenya Telephone Directory - 16th Edition

  • This edition covers the Kenyan coastal region including the famous tourist destination towns of Mombasa, Malindi and Lamu.
    The entries are collected between October and December.
    Similar to the Nairobi and Inland editions, the yellow Pages contains Customers exercising an economic activity. It is organized in alphabetical order by classifications according to the economic or business activity, and alphabetically within the Class Title.

The Kenya E-Mail/Fax Directory - 14th Edition

  • This edition is a listing of Name, Email Address, Website Address, Physical Address and Fax Numbers of companies in Kenya. This is the only book that includes email addresses as a free basic entry. The Directory is published every year in the month of December.
